TROY OIL is an international lubricants and chemicals consultancy, trading and bunkering specialized company serving both the global maritime community and the industrial enterprises, formed by the collaboration between the second generation of Gulyurt Group, with a heritage dating back to 1975 in oil and lubricant business, and the second generation of SAS Group.
TROY OIL maintains a vast network of global (such as Exxon Mobil™, Total Lubmarine™, Chevron™, BP Castrol™, Shell™) and local suppliers throughout the world; thus, able to successfully support immediate fleet needs at any remote port with great accuracy, efficiency, and trouble-free replenishments with first quality, premium branded products and as TROY OIL, we have the ability to divert our vast supply network to the specific needs of industrial enterprises in accordance with our vision to support and supply industrial enterprises as they deserve as their maritime counterparts.
TROY OIL serves its clients with a dedicated team on a 24/7 basis with full product coverage and technical support, including oil analyses, all around the world via offices in Germany, Greece, Dubai, Singapore, and Egypt. Our group is arranging deliveries of over 32 million Liters of lubricants per year to a carefully selected list of noble clients.

Our Roots
The Journey of TROY OIL in the oil and lubricants industry started by being appointed as the liaison office of Lyonel Makzume in 1975. This partnership introduced and enabled the first generation, where the second generation will become TROY OIL, to the world of lubricants and bunkering.
In the following years, as the first generation rose under the name IMS Oil Trading, has undertaken the bunkering business in addition to supplying lubricants to tankers and dry cargo ships all around the world, even in the most remote locations.
As the name IMS Oil Trading became known in the business, this enabled us to directly sign long-term contracts with global refineries, namely but not limited to Forsythe, Ocean Energy, Total Energy, Chevron, BP Castrol, Shell, and Exxon Mobil.
